Are your products authentic and authorized?
Yes. Every product we carry — Oribe, Glo Beauty, Slip, Jolie, and Epres — is genuine and sourced through proper professional channels, the same lines we use and trust in the salon.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on its way.
Can I return a product?
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we’ll always make it right. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Do you offer local pickup?
When pickup is available it will appear as an option at checkout, and we’ll email you the moment your order is ready at the salon in Elkhart Lake.
Can I book a salon appointment here?
Absolutely. Visit our contact page for the booking link, or call or text the salon directly — we’d love to see you in the chair.
