30-Day Returns
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Opened Beauty Products
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used hair, skin, and cosmetic products cannot be returned — unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, which we will always make right.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll reply with simple return instructions.
- Once we receive the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
